Scoop 2g of hojicha over 40ml water and whisk until frothy. To whisk, you can use a bamboo whisk, blender, or our hand-held milk frother. Then, pour your hojicha shot over milk for a hojicha latte, or over more water for a tea!
Storage Advice
Hojicha is delicate and highly sensitive to light, air, and heat. Smooth flavour, and natural antioxidants. Keep your hojicha in an airtight container, placed in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight and moisture. This will help keep it tasting fresh for as long as possible.
